Responsibilities
- Work with other flight crew members to ensure the safe operation of Corning aircraft during day-to-day operations.
- Maintain a high degree of proficiency and thorough knowledge of the procedures and systems in the aircraft along with all aviation advancements and training requirements for an IS-BAO approved operation.
- Determine that the aircraft is airworthy in accordance with FARs and Corning’s policies and procedures by completing the appropriate preflight inspections.
- Become familiar with existing and forecast weather prior to each flight.
- Aid in the handling of aircraft, passengers, and baggage at terminal points, lifting required.
- Interface with passengers and company personnel in a professional and courteous manner.
- Additional duties assigned by the Director of Operations or the Chief Pilot.
Requirements
- 1500 hours and Commercial with instrument and multiengine ratings
- Current FAA First class medical
- Valid US passport
- Two-year college degree or equivalent job experience
- Clean FAA/DOT/DOJ records
Preferred Qualifications
- 2500 hours and ATP
- 500 hours turbojet experience
- Experience in multi-pilot crew aircraft while utilizing CRM.
- CL-65 type rating or DA-EASY type rating.

Pay
$153,939.00 - $211,667.00 assuming full time status.
Schedule
Extensive domestic and some international travel
Company paid relocation to within one hour of the Elmira-Corning Regional Airport (KELM)
Work schedule varies dependent on Corning’s current requirements and flight schedule and may include weekends and company holidays.
