Minimum and Preferred Entrance Qualifications
- Three (3) years consecutive sworn service in the Phoenix Regional Automatic Aid System at the rank of Captain.
- Service with the Maricopa Fire/Medical Department is preferred.
- Must possess and maintain a valid Arizona drivers license with no major driving citations within the past 39 months.
- Fire Department Incident Safety Officer Certification within 12 months of accepting the position.
