About the role

The Captain is the primary person responsible for an assigned section of 10–12 tables. You’ll greet guests, take food and drink orders, enter them accurately into the POS, coordinate with Servers and the Kitchen, monitor guest needs and satisfaction, and ensure service problems are addressed promptly.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take food and drink orders
• Enter orders accurately into the POS system
• Coordinate with Servers and the Kitchen
• Monitor guest needs and satisfaction
• Address service problems promptly
• Continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 60 pounds

Requirements

• Eligible to work in the United States
• Minimum 1 year experience in a full-service, casual restaurant culinary management position
• Minimum 21 years or older
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holiday shifts
