About the Role

This position involves testing the core, applying epoxy, and insulating the core with caps and strips. Caps are secured to the top and bottom of the core, and strips are attached to the ID and OD of the core using tape. The work is performed in a climate-controlled facility.

Overtime Required

Responsibilities

  • Ensure work practices comply with OSHA standards.
  • Perform operations efficiently while following all safety and work rules.
  • Complete required operator preventive maintenance (PMs).
  • Adhere to 5S requirements and maintain department cleanliness.
  • Verify correct materials are used per design requirements.
  • Ensure all products meet the highest quality standards.
  • Use hand tools and measure dimensions with a tape measure.
  • Understand measurements using standard and metric devices.
  • Record operational data on specified forms or computer software.
  • Operate a hoist safely and properly.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Ability to read, use, and understand measuring devices.
  • Ability to stand for extensive periods of time.
  • Punctuality, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and foster teamwork.
  • Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
