Capital Projects Technical Senior Consultant - Procore

Our Deloitte Strategy & Transactions team helps guide clients through their most critical moments and transformational initiatives. From strategy to execution, this team delivers integrated, end-to-end support and advisory services covering valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, business design and transformation, infrastructure and real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and sustainability. Work alongside clients to navigate new challenges, avoid financial pitfalls, and provide practical solutions at every stage of their journey—before, during, and after major transformational projects or transactions.

Join our Infrastructure & Capital Projects professionals to help clients answer mission-based questions such as "how do we complete major infrastructure projects on-time and within budget?" and "how do we make use of new technologies to improve the construction process?" This role offers the opportunity to create value and minimize risk for clients while developing personally and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead the configuration and implementation of Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) to optimize client project delivery.
• Analyze client needs and objectives to develop tailored solutions for complex capital projects.
• Design and configure comprehensive PMIS solutions, including integrations, reporting, and dashboards, to meet client requirements.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure the successful rollout of systems such as Oracle Primavera Unifier, Kahua, EcoSys, and Procore.
• Conduct rigorous testing and validation of configured solutions, and develop detailed training and documentation to support client adoption.

The team

Deloitte's Infrastructure and Real Estate team are trusted advisors to clients in managing physical assets throughout their lifecycle. We help them unlock value from their real estate portfolios and functions by developing strategies, optimizing operating models and organizational design, and leveraging technology enablement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, project management, or related business degree.
• At least 4 years of experience in PMIS system implementation, particularly Procore.
• 2+ years of experience in project management and project controls.
• Experience with project controls activities, including planning, budgeting, and forecasting, and integrating those activities into technology platforms.
• Experience configuring PMIS tools, performing system integrations, and developing reports and dashboards.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Visio.
• Experience using artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled tools and digital technologies to improve efficiency, support analysis, and enhance the quality of work products.
• Ability to travel up to 30% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Limited sponsorship may be available.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering or construction management, or MBA.
• One or more of the following certifications: PE, ASA, PMP, CFA, CFE, CCE, or CPA.
• Proficiency in using Project Management tools, including Oracle Unifier, Procore, Hexagon EcoSys, Kahua, Primavera P6, and Power BI.
• Experience in a professional services firm.
• International engagement experience.
• Multi-lingual.

Pay

The wage range for this role takes into account factors such as skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for geographic differentials. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $110,700 to $218,300. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to program rules, where awards depend on individual and organizational performance.
