Responsibilities
- Lead the configuration and implementation of Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) to optimize client project delivery
- Analyze client needs and objectives to develop tailored solutions for complex capital projects
- Design and configure comprehensive PMIS solutions, including integrations, reporting, and dashboards, to meet client requirements
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure the successful rollout of systems such as Oracle Primavera Unifier, Kahua, EcoSys, and Procore
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of configured solutions, and develop detailed training and documentation to support client adoption

About the team
Deloitte's Infrastructure and Real Estate team are trusted advisors to clients in managing physical assets throughout their lifecycle. We help them unlock value from their real estate portfolios and functions by developing strategies, optimizing operating models and organizational design, and leveraging technology enablement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, project management or related business degree
- At least 4 years of experience in PMIS system implementation, particularly Procore
- 2+ years of experience in project management and project controls
- Experience with project controls activities, including planning, budgeting, and forecasting, and integrating those activities into technology platforms
- Experience configuring PMIS tools, performing system integrations, and developing reports and dashboards
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Visio
- Experience using artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled tools and digital technologies to improve efficiency, support analysis, and enhance the quality of work products
- Ability to travel up to 30% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in engineering or construction management, or MBA
- One or more of the following certifications: PE, ASA, PMP, CFA, CFE, CCE or CPA
- Proficiency in using Project Management tools, including Oracle Unifier, Procore, Hexagon Ecosys, Kahua, Primavera P6, and Power BI
- Experience in a professional services firm
- International engagement experience
- Multi-lingual
Pay
The wage range for this role takes into account a wide range of factors including skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $110,700 to $218,300. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, where an award, if any, depends on various factors, including individual and organizational performance.
