Key Responsibilities
- Support CPIC governance processes including strategic planning, budget formulation, spend planning, and investment oversight.
- Maintain and update IT business cases (FBC / OMB-300 equivalents) and related portfolio documentation.
- Affiliate with gate reviews, investment re-baselines, restructures, and quality reviews.
- Support Earned Value Management (EVM) activities for traditional and Agile projects.
- Gather and document information for Acquisition Approval Requests (AARs) and portfolio data calls.
- Support FITARA and TBM implementation activities.
- Update portfolio and financial data in the BOB Financial Database and generate reports.
Required Skills And Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
- 3+ years' experience supporting federal CPIC or IT portfolio management activities.
- Familiarity with OMB guidance, FITARA, and IT governance processes.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Experience supporting data calls and financial/portfolio reporting.
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
Qualifications Desired Skills and Qualifications
- Experience supporting USDA, FPAC, or multi-agency IT environments.
- Knowledge of EVM concepts and portfolio management tools.
- SharePoint or collaboration tool experience.
