About the role

The Capital Management Senior Analyst at Citibank will focus on financial and risk analytics to support enterprise-wide capital planning. This role involves forecasting Risk-Weighted Assets, capital levels, and capital ratios across various scenarios. The analyst will apply mathematical techniques to address financial issues and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Additionally, the position requires conducting advanced quantitative financial analysis and developing financial models to enhance capital planning and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial and risk analytics supporting enterprise-wide capital planning.
• Execute components of stress-testing processes including ICAAP and QMMF.
• Develop and implement processes using AI and workflow tools to enhance productivity.
• Conduct advanced quantitative financial analysis and develop financial models.
• Evaluate and document process controls to ensure accuracy and compliance with capital planning standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Five years of experience in capital planning or a related quantitative occupation.
• Experience with R, Python, KNIME, Alteryx, and Tableau for developing and automating capital planning controls.
• Knowledge of U.S. regulatory capital frameworks including FR Y-14A, BCBS 239, CCAR, Basel III, and SR 15-18.
• Master’s degree in a related field and three years of experience may be accepted as an alternative.
