About the role

This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated transactional matters, including:

• Debt and equity capital markets offerings
• Mergers and acquisitions
• SEC compliance, reporting, and securities law matters
• Corporate and transactional counseling for a diverse client base

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with a large law firm practicing corporate, securities, capital markets, and M&A law
• Strong transactional drafting and deal execution skills
• Significant experience handling capital markets transactions and SEC reporting matters
• Prior securitization or aviation industry experience is a plus
• Strong academic credentials and a J.D. from an accredited law school
• Admission to, or eligibility for admission in, Illinois, New York, DC, or Florida
