Role Description
We are seeking a highly experienced, execution-oriented Project Management Executive Director to lead strategic program and portfolio delivery across the Markets Technology organization. This role is accountable for driving the successful execution of a complex book of work spanning Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, Risk, Finance, Regulatory, Data, Infrastructure, and Enterprise Technology initiatives supporting the Markets business globally.

Qualifications And Skills
15+ years of experience leading large-scale technology programs, portfolios, or PMO organizations within financial services.
Deep understanding of capital markets and investment banking technology environments.
Proven experience managing complex portfolios across Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, Risk, Finance, Regulatory, and Data domains.
Strong portfolio governance, financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and investment management experience.
Demonstrated success delivering enterprise-scale transformation initiatives.
Experience managing globally distributed teams and complex stakeholder environments.
Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively with senior management and executive leadership.
Outstanding organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Expertise with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
Experience implementing portfolio management, capacity planning, and investment governance frameworks.
Working knowledge of Jira, Portfolio Management tools, and executive reporting platforms.
Experience managing technology modernization, cloud migration, data transformation, or platform replacement initiatives.
PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent certification preferred.
