Responsibilities
- Ensure timely, and accurate, returns, borrows, contract compare, account balancing, mark to markets, DTC monitoring, rate changes, billing, and Loanet matching for both international and domestic processing.
- Work collaboratively with other Wells Fargo groups and logistical functions including PB, Finance, IT, Legal, Compliance, Market Risk and Credit Risk.
- Ensure control standards are in line with Bank policy as documented.
- Articulate all control deficiencies within a KRI, audit point or action plan.
- Partner with Change Team to analyze and document current state processes and drive future state requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement to deliver on set quantitative goals.
Requirements
- 2+ years of Capital Markets industry experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Qualifications
- Strong working knowledge of securities lending and operations platforms, including Broadridge, Loanet, Global One, and DTCS.
- Solid understanding of financial products, securities lending, and trade lifecycle processes.
- Experience partnering with program management and technology teams to define business requirements and support system enhancements, process improvements, and new business initiatives.
- Congfident interacting with both internal and external clients while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Strong understanding of operational controls, risk management practices, and escalation procedures within a regulated environment.
- Proven ability to perform effectively in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment with daily time-sensitive deliverables.
- Proven ability to prepare and deliver presentations, business documentation, and management reporting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with business partners, clients, and senior stakeholders.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize competing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
