Capital Markets Closer (CRE)

Responsibilities

Run pre-set sales calls with qualified CRE sponsors and GPs.

Execute our 3-step closing process (Discovery → Score Review → Investment Decision).

Maintain accurate CRM documentation and follow-ups.

Attend sales coaching and daily pipeline review with leadership.

Hit revenue targets through consistent conversion performance.

Qualifications

You Will Report Directly To Head of Sales — CREo: with training and support from the founding team.

Benefits

No base salary. This role is designed for closers who want to scale income based on skill and execution.

Pay

Commission Only (performance-driven role)

• $1,500–$5,000 average commission per closed deal
• Expected earning potential: $8K–$25K/month for consistent performers, with growth beyond that based on volume
• Top performers may be promoted to leadership roles with overrides
