Responsibilities

Support capital raising initiatives throughout the transaction lifecycle
Prepare investor presentations, marketing materials, and company presentations
Aid with financial modeling, valuation analysis, forecasting, and capital structure analysis
Cope with due diligence requests and manage transaction documentation
Assist with strategic planning and corporate finance initiatives
Help maintain relationships with financing partners, investors, and other key stakeholders
Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and other ad hoc financial projects

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
2+ years of relevant experience in structured finance, debt capital markets, private credit or a similar financial environment
Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and corporate finance concepts
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
