Capital Markets Analyst
Responsibilities
- Support capital raising initiatives throughout the transaction lifecycle
- Prepare investor presentations, marketing materials, and company presentations
- Aid with financial modeling, valuation analysis, forecasting, and capital structure analysis
- Cope with due diligence requests and manage transaction documentation
- Assist with strategic planning and corporate finance initiatives
- Help maintain relationships with financing partners, investors, and other key stakeholders
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and other ad hoc financial projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 2+ years of relevant experience in structured finance, debt capital markets, private credit or a similar financial environment
- Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and corporate finance concepts
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
