Capital Management - Treasury Analyst

About This Role

Wells Fargo is seeking a Treasury Analyst within the Capital Management team to support capital planning, analytics, stress testing and legal entity activities. This role will assist in the development of analysis, reporting, and insights that help inform capital management, regulatory readiness, and strategic decision-making. The individual will partner across Treasury, Finance, and Risk to achieve these goals while building expertise in a dynamic environment.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of Treasury experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• Basic understanding of capital management, treasury, stress testing, or regulatory capital concepts
• Experience preparing analyses, reporting, or presentation materials for management audiences
• Experience working in a regulated financial services environment
• Experience with data management or reporting tools
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
• Relevant experience in Treasury, Finance, Risk, Accounting, Banking, or another analytical discipline
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and build strong working relationships
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
