About the role

Lim, the CEO and cofounder of Point, wants to make it easier for people to tap into that wealth. Lim’s company, which he founded alongside Eoin Matthews in 2015, offers homeowners lump sums of cash in exchange for a stake in their home.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development and sales initiatives
• Manage and mentor a team of account managers
• Develop and execute training programs for new hires
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product success
• Identify and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities
• Contribute to the creation and execution of marketing campaigns

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role
• Proven ability to manage and mentor a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with CRM systems and project management tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Experience with remote work and managing distributed teams
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
