Capital Engineer

For our client, we are seeking a Capital Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will lead the planning and execution of capital projects that support advanced manufacturing operations and facility improvements. The Capital Engineer will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to manage scope, budget, schedule, and construction activity while helping bring new technologies into production environments. Success in this role will require strong technical judgment, project leadership, and the ability to coordinate priorities across engineering, operations, and external partners. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $124,000 – $170,500 annually Responsibilities Develop project estimates, plans, and proposals Manage timelines, scopes, budgets, and construction activities Specify facilities and equipment performance criteria Define and execute competitive bidding strategies Communicate effectively with teams and stakeholders Ensure compliance with codes and standards Advance and deploy new technologies Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher with 7 years of experience in capital project management or a related field, or High School Diploma/GED with 15 years of experience Expertise in automated manufacturing equipment and roll-to-roll processes Strong project management and communication skills Experience in team leadership and collaboration Advanced engineering degree or technology management from an accredited institution Benefits Employee well-being programs Competitive pay and benefits Potential for relocation assistance Remote work opportunity Travel opportunities within the U.S. and internationally up to 25% Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
