About the role
This role is ideal for experienced operators, ex-investment bankers, fund managers, or senior consultants with a proven record of guiding capital transactions or leading investment initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Advising fund managers on capital strategy, LP engagement, and fundraising positioning
- Serving as a sounding board for deal sponsors on structuring, diligence oversight, and negotiation strategy
- Mentoring analysts and deal scouts on modeling, diligence, and transaction execution
- Providing portfolio advisory services, operational insights, and value creation guidance
- Focusing on high-level strategic guidance and relationship-driven deal activation
Requirements
- Proven track record in capital transactions or investment initiatives
- Experience as an operator, ex-investment banker, fund manager, or senior consultant
- Ability to mentor and guide analysts and deal scouts
- Strong deal network and ability to build relationships

Pay
Hourly rates: $200–$500, based on experience, track record, and engagement scope
Transaction-based incentives may be earned for advisory on closed deals
Payments issued after successful completion of advisory milestones or deal closure
No cap on earning potential for consistent high-value contributions
Schedule
Hours and availability will be determined during the onboarding process and will vary based on the needs of the clients and projects.
