Capital Deal Sourcing Specialist
About the role
This is a certified contractor role, not employment. Specialists operate independently and are activated through a verification and approval process. Once Approved, Capital Deal Sourcing Specialists will source and submit off-market or proprietary investment opportunities, provide structured context on opportunities (asset type, structure, economics, and investment thesis), facilitate introductions between deal principals and investors, collaborate with analysts for early-stage diligence handoff, build a verified track record of sourced deals, and earn transaction-based compensation for successfully closed opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify proprietary or semi-proprietary investment opportunities
- Introduce deals to Initio Sphere’s investor and sponsor network
- Provide high-level context on opportunities (structure, economics, and strategic fit)
- Coordinate initial meetings between deal principals and capital partners
- Maintain a record of strategically sourced deals
Requirements
- Deep networks and direct access to proprietary deal flow, including operators, brokers, intermediaries, advisors, and founders
Qualifications
- Experience sourcing and qualifying investment opportunities
- Ability to provide high-level context on opportunities
- Strong networking skills and ability to introduce deals to the right parties
- Experience facilitating introductions and collaborating with analysts

Pay
