Capgemini Invent - Transformation Management - Managing Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Management Consultant to join our Transformation Management team. You will support and drive delivery within the team by owning defined workstreams, strengthening governance and execution discipline, and using AI-enabled tools to improve transparency, coordination, and value realization.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise transformation programs across multiple workstreams and stakeholders
• Own day-to-day senior client relationships; drive delivery outcomes and decision making
• Establish governance, performance management, and value realization mechanisms at scale
• Lead planning across phases (mobilize → deliver → stabilize → optimize)
• Support business development through shaping, proposals, and account growth
• Mentor and develop consultants; build a high-trust delivery culture

Requirements

• Strong AI literacy, including core AI and generative AI concepts
• Experience working in AI-augmented ways of working to enhance research, analysis, and solution development
• Collaborate effectively across strategy, technology, data, and design to enable AI-driven solutions
• Curiosity and continuous learning mindset around emerging AI capabilities and their practical application in client environments

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in transformation consulting or equivalent program leadership
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage senior stakeholders
• Strong commercial mindset: spotting opportunities, shaping work, building credibility
• Strength in operating model change and transformation governance

Pay

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $127,500 - $249,350.
