Responsibilities

Your Role As a Manager / Sr. Manager in Capgemini Invent’s Intelligent Industry practice, you drive digital manufacturing transformations for global clients. You lead the design and implementation of modern factory platforms, leveraging AI and analytics to boost insights, decisions, and outcomes. The role bridges strategy, technology, and execution, turning future manufacturing visions into scalable, compliant solutions.

• Lead client projects to deliver AI-powered manufacturing improvements.
• Advise on current and future factory platforms for ROI-driven outcomes.
• Design and plan modern MES and next-generation digital manufacturing solutions.
• Define IT/OT integration using industry standards (ISA-95/88).
• Mentor teams, promote AI literacy, and drive scalable delivery.
• Manage senior stakeholders with data-driven recommendations.
