About the role

The Data Driven Transformation (DDT) team at Capgemini Invent helps organizations unlock the full value of their data and AI investments to drive meaningful, scalable change. As part of Capgemini’s Strategy & Transformation Consulting practice, DDT partners with clients to shape data-centric strategies, modern operating models, and AI-enabled solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Embed directly within client teams to build, configure, and deploy AI and data solutions in live enterprise environments.
  • Focus on hands-on delivery, learning client systems quickly, and contributing reliable technical output while operating under senior guidance.
  • Build data pipelines, AI components, and platform configurations within client environments.
  • Develop Python and SQL solutions to extract, transform, and operationalize data.
  • Configure and extend enterprise AI/data platforms under established architectures.
  • Participate in client standups, technical working sessions, and delivery cadences.
  • Document solutions and support knowledge transfer to client teams.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in software engineering, data engineering, or a forward-deployed technical role.
  • Hands-on Python and SQL skills for building pipelines and operational solutions.
  • Experience working with at least one enterprise AI or data platform (e.g., Palantir Foundry or cloud-native equivalents).
  • Comfort working directly inside client environments with limited oversight.
  • Ability to document technical work and explain outputs to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong AI literacy, including core AI and generative AI concepts, and understanding of how these apply to enterprise transformation.
  • Able to identify and support AI-enabled opportunities that improve business outcomes and delivery effectiveness, and experience working in AI-augmented ways of working to enhance research, analysis, and solution development.
  • Collaborates effectively across strategy, technology, data, and design to enable AI-driven solutions, with a solid understanding of responsible AI principles such as ethics, privacy, security, and governance.
  • Demonstrates curiosity and a continuous learning mindset around emerging AI capabilities and their practical application in client environments.

Pay

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $67,500 - $127,510. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.

Schedule

The schedule for this role is typically full-time.
