Role Summary

The Capability Lead – Banking is a senior leadership role responsible for defining, shaping, and delivering the digital banking capability across Wealth Management. This includes end-to-end ownership of the vision, roadmap, and execution across deposits, lending, servicing, and transaction experiences, ensuring alignment to business priorities and delivering measurable client and partner impact.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain a multi-year roadmap that spans core banking journeys such as account opening, lending, servicing, and transaction processing, ensuring alignment to enterprise priorities and platform evolution.
  • Lead the continued modernization of banking experiences, streamlining key workflows and evolving the platform to support more intuitive, efficient, and scalable client and partner interactions.
  • Integrate and advance payment and money movement capabilities as a seamless part of the broader banking experience, ensuring consistency in delivery, performance, and user experience.
  • Work closely with business, technology, operations, risk, and design partners to ensure that solutions are delivered effectively and generate meaningful outcomes in terms of client experience, operational efficiency, and scalability.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team, reinforcing strong execution discipline, clear accountability, and a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Manage financial aspects, including ownership of capital and expense planning and ensuring that investments are aligned to the highest-impact priorities.

Necessary Qualifications & Experience

  • Significant experience in digital banking, product, or capability leadership roles, with strong familiarity across deposit, lending, and servicing journeys.
  • A proven track record of leading large-scale transformation initiatives and delivering in complex, cross-functional environments.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills to drive alignment and deliver outcomes at scale.

Salary Range

$137,400 - 233,600 USD

Benefits

Also includes a discretionary bonus program that may include an equity component.
