NWI Baths is a rapidly growing bathroom remodeling company focused on delivering high-quality, affordable bath solutions to homeowners throughout the area. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Canvassing Crew Leader to help build and lead a successful outreach team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily canvassing activities.
• Train and coach new canvassers.
• Assign neighborhoods and manage daily routes.
• Motivate the team to achieve appointment-setting goals.
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback.
• Maintain a positive and professional team environment.
• Communicate results and updates with management.
• Aid in recruiting and developing new team members.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership, sales, canvassing, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Goal-driven with a strong work ethic.
• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Comfortable working outdoors and interacting with homeowners.
