Canvassing Crew Leader

About the role

NWI Baths is a rapidly growing bathroom remodeling company dedicated to providing high-quality, affordable bath solutions to homeowners in the Merrillville, IN area. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Canvassing Crew Leader to lead and train a team of canvassers who will generate leads and schedule appointments with homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily canvassing activities
• Train and coach new canvassers
• Assign neighborhoods and manage daily routes
• Motivate the team to achieve appointment-setting goals
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback
• Maintain a positive and professional team environment
• Communicate results and updates with management
• Auxiliary in recruiting and developing new team members

Qualifications

• Previous leadership, sales, canvassing, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Goal-driven with a strong work ethic
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Reliable transportation required
• Comfortable working outdoors and interacting with homeowners

Compensation & Benefits
