Canvasser - Outside Sales Rep

About the role

We're hiring full-time Outside Sales Representatives in Jonesboro, AR to help homeowners with residential remodeling, renovation, and repair services. This is an entry-level opportunity to develop sales skills while making a positive impact in the community.

Schedule

• Core hours: Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
• Schedule flexibility required based on customer availability, business needs, and performance goals
• Occasional morning huddles and extended evening hours may be required
• Saturdays required: 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
• Closed Sundays

Responsibilities

• Canvass neighborhoods and engage with local homeowners
• Ask prospective customers about their remodeling/restoration needs and promote services
• Climb ladders and inspect roofs
• Answer questions, address concerns, and book service appointments
• Manage time effectively and provide professional customer service
• Track sales success digitally
• Continuously improve sales performance

Requirements

• 18+ years of age
• Valid driver's license
• Good driving record
• Ability to obtain a solicitation permit
• Physical ability to walk through neighborhoods and climb ladders regularly
• Willingness to travel to different neighborhoods and local offices as needed
• Must pass background check and drug screening

Pay

Performance-based earnings with uncapped commissions. Average earnings of $100,000+/year, with higher performance leading to higher income.
