Role Overview

Meet homeowners in local neighborhoods, start friendly professional conversations, and schedule free exterior home inspections for our sales team. Represent Phillips Home Improvements with honesty, professionalism, and energy while tracking appointments using our mobile app.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified homeowner appointments through neighborhood outreach.
• Build rapport and create positive first impressions with homeowners.
• Educate homeowners about Phillips Home Improvements and available services.
• Schedule qualified appointments that meet company standards.
• Maintain accurate records and appointment information.
• Represent the Phillips Home Improvements brand professionally.
• Participate in training, coaching, and performance development.

• Consistently set quality appointments.
• Build confidence talking with homeowners.
• Maintain a strong appointment show rate.
• Improve each week through coaching and feedback.

Compensation

Base rate of $20 per hour plus uncapped appointment and close bonuses. Top performers can earn $60,000–$95,000+ per year.

Requirements

• Grit and determination.
• Valid Texas driver’s license and good driving record.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• No prior experience required.
