Canvasser / Outside Appointment Setter

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified homeowner appointments through neighborhood outreach
• Create positive first impressions with homeowners
• Build rapport and educate homeowners about Phillips Home Improvements and available services
• Schedule qualified appointments that meet company standards
• Maintain accurate records and appointment information
• Represent the Phillips Home Improvements brand professionally
• Participate in training, coaching, and performance development

Requirements

• Grit and determination
• A valid TX Drivers' License and good driving record
• Be at least 18 years old
• No prior experience required
