Canvasser

About the role

As a Canvasser, you’ll meet with homeowners in local neighborhoods, start conversations, and help schedule free in‑home consultations. This is an entry‑level sales role where you are not expected to close deals, but to generate interest from a great first impression. Great fit for first jobs, career changers, retail, restaurant, hospitality, customer service, athletics, or anyone who enjoys talking to people.

Responsibilities

• Talk with homeowners in a friendly, professional way
• Introduce our window, bath, and kitchen solutions
• Create interest and answer basic questions
• Schedule qualified, no‑obligation appointments for sales representatives
• Work with your team to hit daily and weekly goals

Requirements

• Comfortable starting conversations with new people
• Positive, energetic, and motivated by goals
• Reliable, coachable, and ready to learn
• Competitive in a healthy way and excited to earn bonuses
• Comfortable being active and working outdoors during the day
• Previous experience in canvassing, retail, customer service, hospitality, restaurants, athletics, or lead generation is helpful but not required

Physical Requirements: Walking throughout neighborhoods for extended periods; working outdoors in varying weather conditions; standing, bending, and moving throughout the workday.

Pay

$20/hour starting pay guaranteed; uncapped bonuses based on performance.

Schedule

Monday‑Friday schedule.
