This is a part-time position with a potential career path into a Roofing Sales Consultant role for team members who demonstrate a strong work ethic, consistency, and success in canvassing. Compensation $16.00 per hour$25 bonus for every qualified inspection you generate$125 bonus for every roofing project sold from your inspectionAdditional bonus opportunities for other services soldUnlimited bonus potentialPaid training and advancement opportunities What You’ll Do Knock 300–400 doors per week in assigned neighborhoodsOffer homeowners about our FREE exterior home condition reportsSchedule qualified appointments for our field inspectorsLog every homeowner interaction in our CRMWear company-branded apparel and represent the company professionallyFollow our proven canvassing script and process Schedule This is a part-time position focused on the hours when homeowners are most likely to be home. Weekdays: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM (1-2 nights per week)Saturday: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Later if desired)Sunday: 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM (Later if desired)Additional hours or schedule adjustment may be requested following severe weather events, providing even more opportunities to earn bonuses.
