About the role

5 Star Roofing & Restoration is looking for motivated, outgoing individuals who enjoy meeting people and want an opportunity to grow. This is a part-time position with a potential career path into a Roofing Sales Consultant role for team members who demonstrate a strong work ethic, consistency, and success in canvassing.

Pay

Compensation includes:

• $16.00 per hour
• $25 bonus for every qualified inspection you generate
• $125 bonus for every roofing project sold from your inspection
• Additional bonus opportunities for other services sold
• Unlimited bonus potential

Schedule

This is a part-time position focused on the hours when homeowners are most likely to be home:

• Weekdays: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM (1-2 nights per week)
• Saturday: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Later if desired)
• Sunday: 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM (Later if desired)

Additional hours or schedule adjustment may be requested following severe weather events, providing even more opportunities to earn bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Knock 300–400 doors per week in assigned neighborhoods
• Offer homeowners our FREE exterior home condition reports
• Schedule qualified appointments for our field inspectors
• Log every homeowner interaction in our CRM
• Wear company-branded apparel and represent the company professionally
• Follow our proven canvassing script and process

Performance Expectations:

• Knock 300–400 doors each week
• Maintain at least an 80% appointment confirmation rate
• Accurately document all activity in the CRM
• Consistently represent the 5 Star Roofing brand with professionalism and integrity

Requirements

• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Reliable transportation
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods
• Coachable and willing to follow proven systems
• Basic smartphone or tablet skills

Areas served: Chapel Hill, Concord, Sanford, Mebane, Lexington, Raleigh, Durham, Fuqua, Arena, Cary, and Winston-Salem.
