You’ll help people learn about Mad City Windows & Baths and set appointments for our In-Home Sales Representatives. Talk with homeowners in a friendly, professional wayIntroduce our window, bath, and kitchen solutionsCreate interest and answer basic questionsSchedule qualified, no-obligation appointments for sales representativesWork with your team to hit daily and weekly goals What We’re Looking For We care more about your attitude and work ethic than a long resume. You’ll do well here if you are: Comfortable starting conversations with new peoplePositive, energetic, and motivated by goalsReliable, coachable, and ready to learnCompetitive in a healthy way and excited to earn bonusesComfortable being active and working outdoors during the day Previous experience in canvassing, retail, customer service, hospitality, restaurants, athletics, or lead generation is helpful, but not required. If you bring the effort, we’ll teach you the rest.
