Canvasser

About the role

This is an hourly position plus commission with flexible scheduling offered.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with the community going door‑to‑door with your canvassing team.
• Knock on 60+ homes a day, talking to residents about their home and scheduling no‑cost energy assessments for HomeWorks Energy and the Mass Save Program.
• Schedule customers for a Home Energy Assessment or other in‑home visits as needed.
• Arrive at assigned neighborhoods at scheduled times.
• Attend bi‑weekly team meetings (some in Charleston, MA).
• Drive to canvassing locations up to 1 hour away.
• Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to travel to territory locations up to 1 hour away (mileage reimbursed).
• Must be 18 years of age.

Pay

$24 per hour plus commission. Employees meeting quota earn $400‑$500 per week; top performers can earn $1,000 per week or more. Commission is uncapped.
