Canvass Director – Orlando, FL

What You’ll Do

• Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team of fundraisers
• Coach and develop canvassers in the field so they become strong leaders
• Manage daily operations, campaign performance, and team culture
• Create a positive, competitive, mission-driven environment
• Lead by example in the field at least four shifts per week
• Achie fundraising goals while protecting donor integrity and brand standards
• Report on results and continuously improve team performance

Who We’re Looking For

• Has completed Threshold Giving’s Trainer Training and Team Leader Training
• Leads with integrity, energy, and accountability
• Thrive under pressure and take ownership
• Is deeply passionate about animal protection and measurable real-world impact
• Has strong communication skills and experience motivating diverse teams
• Balances field leadership with administrative and operational responsibilities
