The Brew Kettle is seeking Culinary Professionals (Line Cooks – Prep Cooks) to join its kitchen team. Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes under supervision
• Assist in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
• Support the kitchen team in achieving exceptional food quality and presentation
• Follow recipes and cooking guidelines to ensure consistency in product quality
• Participate in cross-training to gain knowledge of other roles within the kitchen

Requirements

• Prior restaurant management experience is required

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Skills

• Knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
