Responsibilities

• Lead the charge in keeping all property systems running smoothly—overseeing maintenance, repairs, and ensuring guest satisfaction while managing costs.
• Inspire, train, and schedule your engineering crew, and champion workplace safety through inspections, fire drills, and employee training.
• Bring the Preventative Maintenance program to life, ensuring every guest room and public space meets company standards.
• Manage energy usage and spending, sticking to budgets, promoting conservation, and making smart purchasing choices.
• Respond to guestroom requests quickly and serve as the emergency contact for unpredictable situations.
• Approach all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner.
• Maintain regular attendance, high standards of personal appearance, and grooming.
• Work weekends, holidays, and be available for emergencies as required.
• Comply with certification requirements (Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, First Aid).
• Evaluate and spot-check the work of staff and contractors.

• Experience in training, supervising, and motivating staff.
• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
