As a Retail Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and serve as our primary brand ambassador, providing the highest level of friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate customer service to our medical and recreational patrons.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate customer service, advising customers on their unique needs and preferences.
• Address customer concerns and/or complaints using prescribed procedures, including de-escalation techniques when necessary.
• Accommodate a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous retail, hospitality, and/or customer service experience.
