Cannabis Production Worker 1st Shift

Responsibilities

• Aid in the production of various cannabis products such as beverages, edibles, tinctures, etc.
• Prepare, package, and label products accurately.
• Maintain detailed records of all production activities.
• Safeguard products to meet high standards of quality and consistency.
• Comply with local, state, and federal regulations through adherence to strict procedures.
• Attend regular training sessions to stay updated on industry developments and best practices.
• Keep the work area clean and organized to uphold safety and quality commitments.
• Manage inventory and restock production materials as needed.

Requirements

• A positive attitude with a growth mindset.
• The ability to work fast, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to obtain a WA food handler's card within 10 days of employment.
• Knowledge of scales and adjusting recipes based on production needs.
• Experience with multiple pieces of equipment in packaging, food, or beverage industries.
• Experience designing and changing processes to improve quality and productivity.
• WA state identification available for inspection by compliance entities.
• Age 21 or older.

Pay

$17.13 hourly, reviewed after 90 days and annually.

Schedule

1st shift schedule is 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM M-F (Some positions start at 5:30).
