Responsibilities
- Aid in the production of various cannabis products such as beverages, edibles, tinctures, etc.
- Prepare, package, and label products accurately.
- Maintain detailed records of all production activities.
- Safeguard products to meet high standards of quality and consistency.
- Comply with local, state, and federal regulations through adherence to strict procedures.
- Attend regular training sessions to stay updated on industry developments and best practices.
- Keep the work area clean and organized to uphold safety and quality commitments.
- Manage inventory and restock production materials as needed.
Requirements
- A positive attitude with a growth mindset.
- The ability to work fast, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Ability to obtain a WA food handler's card within 10 days of employment.
- Knowledge of scales and adjusting recipes based on production needs.
- Experience with multiple pieces of equipment in packaging, food, or beverage industries.
- Experience designing and changing processes to improve quality and productivity.
- WA state identification available for inspection by compliance entities.
- Age 21 or older.

Pay
$17.13 hourly, reviewed after 90 days and annually.
Schedule
1st shift schedule is 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM M-F (Some positions start at 5:30).
