1st Shift Production Worker

About the role

Clayton is a vertically integrated housing company that builds, sells, and insures affordable housing. We are actively recruiting individuals for production worker roles, which may include general labor, feeder, boxer, machine operator, and other general production duties.

Responsibilities

• Work in extreme temperatures
• Operate in an extremely fast-paced environment with little supervision
• Remain on your feet (standing or walking) for up to 4 hours at a time
• Perform general labor and production tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Ability to work in extreme temperatures
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Capability to stand or walk for extended periods (up to 4 hours at a time)
• Reliable transportation to and from work

Schedule

First Shift operation hours are Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:40 PM, subject to overtime as needed.
