What You’ll Do
- Care for cannabis plants through all stages of growth
- Water, prune, feed, and apply treatments as needed
- Train and manipulate plants for optimal growth
- Set up and sanitize grow rooms
- Support R&D projects and other cultivation activities
Requirements
- Must be 21+
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable standing, walking, and using hands for long periods
- Able to follow instructions, stay focused, and work as part of a team
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, labeling software)
- Willingness to work in hot, humid, or noisy environments with exposure to dust, chemicals, and strong lighting

Location & Pay
Location: Worcester, MA – On-site, full-time
