Responsibilities
- Deliver top-tier guest service, ensuring every interaction makes guests feel at home and creates lasting memories.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with guests and team members to keep operations running smoothly.
- Solve problems quickly and effectively, turning challenges into positive guest experiences.
- Multitask efficiently, managing reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and financial details with precision.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
- Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite.
