Candidate Support Specialist

About the role

This is a 100% remote, full-time position open to candidates in the United States. The Candidate Support Specialist supports candidate support, travel-job content, employer coordination, recruiting operations, job-posting workflows, and career-services administration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate candidate, employer, requisition, interview, onboarding, or placement workflows through approved digital systems.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, status changes, notes, schedules, and follow-up items.
• Communicate clearly with candidates, hiring contacts, or internal teams by email, phone, chat, and shared tools.
• Review applications or workflow records for completeness and route routine questions or exceptions appropriately.
• Prepare trackers, reports, handoff notes, and documented next steps to keep remote recruiting workflows organized.

Requirements

• Strong written communication and dependable professional follow-through.
• Comfort working independently in a 100% remote environment with clear deadlines and documented procedures.
• Ability to use common business tools such as email, spreadsheets, shared documents, CRM or web-based systems.
• Careful attention to accuracy, confidentiality, record quality, and task completion.
• Ability to learn role-specific systems and communicate questions, exceptions, or status updates promptly.

Pay

Base compensation: $45,000–$70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
