About the role

Licensed Therapists are a critical part of our clinical team. We’re seeking Licensed Therapists who are:

• Provisionally licensed in Colorado (Licensed Social Worker, Social Work Candidate, Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate, Marriage & Family Therapist Candidate)
• Must have 6 months of experience as a Candidate licensed Clinician
• Experienced in working with adult, geriatric, and/or child and adolescent populations in a therapy-based environment
• (Not required, but needed in multiple areas) Bilingual Therapists and Play Therapists

Pay

Compensation range of $41,000–$86,000. Compensation model based on productivity.

Locations

We are actively hiring for all office locations in Colorado, ranging from Northern Colorado to Boulder County, Grand Junction, Greater Denver, and as far south as Colorado Springs. Currently, we have 35+ offices in Colorado and are expanding into 2026.
