Canada Goose
About the Company
Canada Goose Holdings Inc. (NYSE, TSX: GOOS) is the Toronto-based outerwear house founded in 1957 as Metro Sportswear, a small Ontario workwear shop by Sam Tick. Under the leadership of his grandson, Dani Reiss, who became CEO in January 2001, the company transformed from an Arctic-utility parka maker into a luxury brand and went public in 2017. For the year ended March 2026, revenue rose 13.3% to approximately C$1.5 billion. The company is expanding into year-round categories to reduce the seasonality of its core coat business.
The company operates a Bombardier Global 6000 (BD-700-1A10, registration hex C04E94) on the Canadian aircraft register, managed by Skyservice Business Aviation, a third-party charter operator. While the aircraft is attributed to Canada Goose in spotter records, it is based at Toronto Pearson, Skyservice’s principal facility and the company’s headquarters.
