Campus Visit & Operations Coordinator
About the role
This is an hourly, 12 month, full-time position and must adhere to the regulations stipulated in the Mount Marty University Employee Handbook. This position provides overall customer service and administrative support, coordinates individual campus visits and admission events, joins in supervision of student ambassadors, and helps update prospective student application files.
Responsibilities
- Provides overall customer service and administrative support
- Captures and updates prospective student application files
- Builds campus visits and admission events and communications in the Slate CRM
- Works with various campus constituencies (faculty, food service, staff, current students) to involve them in visits and events
- Develops new events that could serve prospective students
- Co-supervises student ambassadors
- Ensures student ambassador presence at commencement
- Maintains inventory of admission items and orders/designs new materials
- Coordinates tours for VIP guests and candidates for campus positions
- Oversees development of daily campus visit itineraries, including coordinating with:
- Coaches
- Faculty
- Other Staff
- Admission counselors
- Lead the development of the following existing events as well as new events:
- Discovery Days
- St. Scholastica Scholarship Interviews
- Nursing Visit Day
- STEM Symposium
- Admitted Student Days
- Educators Rising
- Has oversight in Slate in terms of event communication and organization as well as prospective student documents uploads like transcripts
- Collaborates with Slate CRM helpdesk to resolve any issues arising from the CRM, to test data as well as resolve any issues arising from the data integration and to ensure issues are addressed in a timely manner
- Will also have enhanced permissions in Slate to create rules
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution
- PREFERRED but not required: experience in a college admission office
