About the role
The Campus Talent Acquisition Program Coordinator will support the Talent Acquisition team in executing recruitment strategies and processes for campus hires at Lenovo. This role will assist in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various positions across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels including social media, job boards, and campus networks.
- Screening resumes and conducting initial phone screenings to identify qualified candidates.
- Coordinating interviews with candidates and scheduling meetings with hiring managers.
- Preparing and maintaining candidate files and tracking the status of applications.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of recruitment materials and programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in talent acquisition or related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Experience with campus recruiting and understanding of higher education systems.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn and other social media platforms for recruitment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles.

- $50,000 - $60,000 annually.
