About the role
This role is within Lenovo’s Campus Talent Acquisition team, which supports global campus recruiting, events, and talent programs. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of experience in program coordination, recruiting, HR, or event planning.
Responsibilities
- Turn data into insights: Build and analyze reports on hiring metrics, program performance, and global campus budgets
- Partner with teams across the Americas, Europe, and AP to keep programs running smoothly
- Help organize and attend recruiting events—from campus career fairs to global talent programs
- Create impactful content: Develop presentations and communications for senior leaders, HR partners, and business teams
- Collaborate across teams: Work closely with HR, Marketing, IT, Procurement, and more to deliver seamless experiences
- Aid in sourcing, screening, and offer processes for early-career talent
- Identify tools and ideas to make recruiting faster, smarter, and more effective. Help manage vendor relationships including RFP's, procurement and contract management
- Drive compliance inclusion: Partner with legal and inclusion teams to ensure fair, compliant hiring practices
- Collaborate with teams across time zones—flexibility and curiosity are key
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and 1+ year of experience in program coordination, recruiting, HR, or event planning
- Organizational skills—you can manage multiple projects at once
- Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Curiosity and experience exploring AI tools and automation (e.g., streamlining tasks, improving processes)
- Strong communication skills (written + verbal)
- Ability to work in a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite / 2 remote) and travel occasionally for events
Qualifications
- Experience in campus recruiting or early-career programs
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, global environment
- Advanced Excel or data analysis skills
- Familiarity with tools like Workday, ATS, or CRM systems
- A proactive, “figure it out” mindset (we love self-starters!)
