The Alpha Campus Supervisor will approach campus supervision with patience and an asset-based mindset while leveraging restorative practices.
Responsibilities
- Support school-wide systems, structures, and rules to support students and staff in meeting school expectations
- Support in maintaining a safe and orderly environment in the non-classroom areas of the school, parking lot, and grounds
- Support School leaders with Restorative justice practices (circles and conflict mediation)
- Execute all day-to-day Campus Supervisor responsibilities:
- Support with DeansList administration and manage low incident referrals, as needed
- Monitor restrooms throughout the day
- Assist with lunch supervision and oversee lunch detention
- Ensure a smooth traffic flow of students through the hallways, assisting students with on-time arrival to class and to assigned locations during transitions
- Support with after-school student needs and weekly event organization
- Support school leaders and staff in maintaining a healthy and safe school environment
- Monitor the physical safety of campus buildings by locking and unlocking doors and gates and monitoring school Slack for teacher messages regarding behavior support needs for students
- Support with visitor management, on-campus attendance, and emergency plans as needed
- Assist staff, police, and emergency personnel in handling emergencies or disruptive situations. Alert emergency services when necessary
- Write and submit incident reports to school leaders as appropriate
Qualifications
- 3 years of professional experience
- High school diploma or GED required
- Work experience in education
- Bilingual in Spanish (highly preferred)
- CPR and First Aid Certification (highly preferred)

Pay
The hourly rate for this role is $27.50.
