Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet and screen students/participants and visitors upon entry to the building
- Effectively communicate directions and expectations of visitor conduct
- Address emergencies and follow appropriate course of action
- Incorporate an anti-racist, equity, diversity, and inclusion lens to work practice
- Respond to calls for assistance
- Respond to telephone inquiries
- Maintain routine records
- Perform other duties of comparable level/type as assigned
- Learn, interpret and enforce rules
- Observe and detect suspicious situations and behavior
- Take appropriate medical action including applying First Aid/CPR
- Provide Customer Service
- Respond To and Investigate Incidents
- Assist In Case of Emergency
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience working in a security or customer service capacity preferred.
