What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of hotel sales experience in group rooms, catering, and/or business transient segments
• Proven ability to negotiate, close, and detail business successfully
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional presence
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Marriott systems experience strongly preferred (CI/TY, MARSHA, Opera, Lightspeed, Delphi)
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, campus-based team environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as business needs require
