About the role
The Center offers a supportive environment for individuals seeking mental health treatment. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and compassionate professionals to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy sessions to patients
- Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and progress
- Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or equivalent license
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in mental health settings
- Experience working with diverse populations and cultural backgrounds
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
