About the role

The role of Campus Minister in Athens is dedicated to fostering spiritual growth and community among students. This individual will lead worship services, facilitate small group discussions, and organize campus events.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly worship services and provide opportunities for personal reflection and community building.
• Facilitate small group discussions and mentorship programs to support student spiritual development.
• Organize and lead campus events that promote Christian values and community engagement.
• Maintain regular communication with the campus community through various platforms.

Requirements

• A strong Christian faith and commitment to the teachings of Jesus Christ.
• Experience in leading worship and facilitating small groups.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with students.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other campus ministries and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of ministry experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
